This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in not taking action on the representations of the petitioners dt.21.10.2019 submitted to respondents 3 and 4 and representation dt.16.10.2019 submitted to the 5th respondent with regard to the illegal digging of canal through their land in Sy.No.253/2, 253/3 and 253/5 of Thadiparthy Village, Gopalpet Mandal, Wanaparthy District, by some persons of Narsingpally Village; and for a consequential direction to respondents 2 to 5 to take immediate action on the aforesaid representations of the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue as well as Home submits that the matter appears to be civil in nature; that there are disputes between the petitioner and third parties; and that they are trying to settle their civil disputes by way of representations. A reading of the representation dt.21.10.2019 goes to show that there are some disputes between the petitioners and third parties and the petitioners have not made the persons named in the representations as parties to this writ petition.

This Court is also of the opinion that the petitioners are not claiming any statutory rights to be enforced by the official respondents. In view of

above facts and circumstances, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
