The writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of 4th respondent in taking action against the 5th respondent pursuant to the complaint dated 03.02.2017.

2. Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the petitioner did not approach the 4th respondent-police station, but he sent a complaint by post. The complaint was entered in the general diary of the police station. Since some more details were required for registration of the crime, one constable was deputed to the petitioner's residential address at Domalguda, Hyderabad, as given in the complaint, but he was found to be not residing in the given address. If the petitioner approaches the police station with details for registration of the case, it is stated that the 4th respondent will take action in accordance with law.

3. In view of the said submissions made by the 4th respondent, liberty is given to the petitioner, to approach the 4th respondent police station with details as required by the police and on such furnishing details by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to take necessary action on the complaint in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
