HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.12089 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd and 4th respondents in interfering with the fishing rights of the members of the 1st petitioner society in Penna River Part-B of Bestapalli to Lingampalli villages without fixing the boundaries of the Sri Penusila Narsimha Wild Life Sanctuary area in Somasila reservoir as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri B.Rama Krishna Naik, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent submits that fishing rights are given to the petitioner society for this year and that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
