THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.46704 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" ....to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in taking action on the online application dated 22.11.2016 made by the petitioner bearing Transaction I.D.No.TADER011600862110 as illegal and arbitrary."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to dispose of the online application dated 22.11.2016 made by the petitioner seeking to conduct survey over the plot bearing Nos.1,2,3,8 and 9 situated in Survey No.695 at Kalluru Mandal, Kurnool District, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the request may be considered, provided the said application is not endorsed and if it is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to dispose of the application dated 22.11.2016 bearing Transaction I.D.No.TADER011600862110

CPK,J WP_46704_2016 seeking to conduct survey over the above mentioned plots, as early as possible, if it is still pending consideration and if no endorsements are made, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioners and the aggrieved persons if any, at the earliest. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
