These writ petitions are filed seeking to direct the respondentauthorities to implement the proceedings dated 17.07.2020 of the Principal Secretary of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries, Circular Memo dated 31.08.2020 of the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj Department, for granting fishing rights to the Petitioner-Fishermen Co-operative Societies, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.499, dated 25.11.1998 and G.O.Rt.No.546, dated 25.03.1999.

It is submitted by both the parties that in view of the decision taken by the Government by way of G.O.Rt.No.268, dated 23.07.2021, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. 4.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are needed to be passed in these writ petitions and all these writ petitions shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
