ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for respondents 1 to 4.

In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the proceedings of the 3rd respondent-District Prohibition and Excise Officer, Secunderabad, dated 27.12.2018, whereby its licence bearing No.10 was suspended pending enquiry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nowkarnama holders of the Society had indulged in committing the alleged adulteration.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the business of the petitioner is getting affected due to suspension of its licence and the enquiry is yet to be conducted, interest of justice would be served if the petitioner is directed to submit its explanation to the 2nd respondent within one week from today, and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within ten days thereafter. 5.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
