HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.1054 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 not to entertain the deeds and documents that are submitted by respondents 4 to 8 in respect of petitioner's house property bearing Municipal No.9-3-125/262/C/A, admeasuring square yards situated at Virasatnagar, Tolichowki, Hyderabad. It is rightly pointed out by learned Assistant Government Pleader that there exist civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents and averments in the writ affidavit also disclose the same. This Court cannot go into the disputed questions of fact and direct respondents 2 and 3 not to entertain the sale deeds and documents presented by respondents 4 to 8. More so, the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy by way of approaching civil Court in respect of civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
