This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.3 in refusing to issue dispatch permits for transportation of mineral colour granite from the quarry lease area over an extent of 5,000 hectares in Sy.No.34 of Meelasathiwada Village, Tekkali Mandal, Srikakulam district. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 24-10-2018 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. However, today, when the matter is taken-up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if the dispatch permits are not granted according to oral understanding.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if the dispatch permits are not granted.
