B/O gvl 25.01.2024 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2024 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner/accused No.3 by this Court in Crl.P.No.581 of 2024 vide order dated 12.01.2024 by reducing the surety amount.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner/accused No.3 submits that the petitioner and her family members of the petitioner/accused No.3 are not able to arrange surety amount of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties because the petitioner is a household and her husband i.e., Deepak Singh was in depression and was finally passed away on 17.01.2024 due to hear attack and her husband was only the bread winner to her entire family and petitioner belongs to very poor family and they are not having the capacity to deposit such a huge surety amount due to their financial conditions, as such seeks to relax the
condition by reducing the surety amount.
In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.581 of 2024 dt.12.01.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned police on or before 30.01.2024 and on such surrender she shall be released on bail on her executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for a like sum each.
Accordingly, this application is ordered.
