Sri Bhanothu Hussain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, seeks further time for implementation of the orders of this Court dated 21.03.2025 passed in W.P. No.7043 of 2023 and undertakes that the said orders will be duly complied with by the next date of hearing, in view of the transfers of officers.

Taking into consideration the said submission, the present case is directed to be listed on 17.10.2025.

The respondents are directed to implement the orders of this Court dated 21.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.7043 of 2023 by the next date of hearing, failing which, respondents shall be present before this Court on 17.10.2025.
