THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34583 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the Station House Officer, Siricilla Police Station, Karimnagar District in not conducting investigation pursuant to registration of Crime No.60 of 2009.

2. Now the learned Government Pleader, on the basis of instructions, submits that investigation was completed and a final report was filed in the concerned Court stating "action dropped".
