Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file Form VI-A application before the revenue authorities.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file Form VI-A application before the revenue authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
