HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.LAXMAN FCA.No.12 of 2020 ORDER: (per Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have agreed to take mutual divorce before the trial Court and as such he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the parties to file an application before the Court below for mutual divorce. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
