OFFICE NOTE 23.01.2025 SKS, J ON BEING MENTIONED Today, this matter is listed under the caption 'on being mentioned', as there was a typographical error in the order dated 10.01.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.No.2 of 2025. Therefore, so as to rectify the error crept in, the paragraph Nos.1 and 3 in I.A.No.2 of 2025 of the order shall stand substituted, as under:

"This petition is filed seeking suspension of judgment of conviction dated 04.12.2024 passed in Crl.A.No.58 of 2024 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy, confirming the judgment dated 20.09.2016 passed in C.C.No.114 of 2011 by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tandur.

Having regard to the submissions made, the sentence imposed on

petitioner is suspended, subject to the condition that the petitioner on furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tandur."
