HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.484 of 2024 PROCEEDING SHEET 22.01.2024 KS,J IA.No.2 OF 2024 This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.12.01.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.484 of 2024. Learned Counsel for petitioner/A1 submits that this Court on 12.01.2024 passed order in Crl.P.No.484 of 2024 granting regular bail to petitioner/A1; and that at fifth line of para 5(i) of the operative portion of the order, the name of the Court is wrongly typed as 'VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally' instead of 'X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally'.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the Court name in fifth line of para 5(i) as 'X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally' instead of 'VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga

Reddy District at Kukatpally'.

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.12.01.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.484/2024 stands corrected. Office is directed to issue corrected copy of the order.

IA.NO.1 OF 2024 This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition No.(i) imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 12.01.2024 in Crl.P.No.484/2024 by modifying the surety amount.

Having perused the record, I do not find any grounds to relax condition No.(i) imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
