Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in trying to terminate the fair price shop of the petitioner without there being any reason and without issuing any notice. 3.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions dated 05.09.2015, submits that the petitioner was allotted the essential commodities and was also instructed to take delivery of kerosene allotted to his fair price shop in his name on 07.09.2015 for the month of September, 2015.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
