When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous as the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
