ORDER
Aggrieved by the Market Value Certificate issued by the respondent No.3, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that fixation of the market value in respect of the subject property at Rs.6,400/- per sq.ft. is contrary to G.O.Ms.Nos'58 and 59, Revenue (Registration) Department, dated 20.07.2021, and the schedules prescribed thereunder. The learned counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the schedule annexed to G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 20.07.2021.
In the circumstances, having regard to the G.O.Ms.Nos,58 and 59, dated 20.07.2021, there shall be interim direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to receive and register the sale deed presented by the petitioners by collecting the market value of the subject property as per the said G.O.Ms.Nos.58 and 59 i.e., with enhancement of 20% on the existing market value, lt is made clear that such registration is only a provisional one and is subject to the final result of the present writ petition and eventually, if the writ petition is dismissed, the petitioners should abide by the same and pay the balance stamp duty, if any.
