THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4560 Of 2014 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 28.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.54 of 2013 in O.S.No.42 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the XIII Additional District Judge (FTC), Vijayawada. Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties, in one voice submitted that the petitioner and the respondents are own brothers. It is further submitted that pending this Civil Revision Petition both parties entered into compromise. The only relief sought by the counsel for both parties is to remit the original memorandum of compromise filed in the above Civil Revision Petition to the trial Court for recording compromise between the parties in terms of the said compromise.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Registry of this Court to send the original memorandum of compromise filed along with CRPMP No.1192 of 2017 in the above Civil Revision Petition to the trial Court for recording of compromise.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
