Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the respondent-JNTU rejected the representation of the petitioners even though directed by this Court to consider and thereby, the relief in the writ petitions has become infructuous and they are going to take separate proceedings, which fact may be recorded and the writ petitions may be closed, for not coming in the way of filing fresh writ petitions.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petitions are closed as the relief became infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
