THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1170 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...........to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to entertain and register the complaint dated 30.10.2017 submitted by the petitioner/complainant under Section 154 Cr.P.C. and investigate the case under the appropriate penal sections........" The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that Crime No.18 of 2018 has been registered on the complaint made by the petitioner herein.

In view of the registration of Crime, counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ prayer.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
