Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on filing of Charge Sheet, P.R.C. number was assigned and committed to the Court of Sessions and the Sessions Division, Cyberabad, assigned S.C.No.43 of 2015, which is pending on the file of learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
