This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.1044 of 2018 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 31.07.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar and S.T.C.No.10 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
