Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner under Section 34 of the Telangana Excise Act.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
