Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a representation against the transfer order.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation against the transfer order. It is needless to say that the respondents shall consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders by taking a lenient and sympathetic view. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
