HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI W.P. No. 1268 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The record reveals that on the last five consecutive days, the matter was adjourned at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
