Heard the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent in not initiating action against respondents 4 to 11, pursuant to Cr.No.1 of 2015 dated 02-01-2015 against the complaint of trespass, cutting teak wood plantation, etc., which is opposed to the provisions of the A.P.Forest Act, as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the duty and obligation cast on the 3rd respondent. On 13-01-2015, at request of respondents 1 to 3, the writ petition was adjourned to get instructions on the alleged inaction. The Assistant Government Pleader by referring to instructions submits that the 3rd respondent promptly investigated the case registered in Cr.No.1 of 2015 and on 30-12-2015 filed C.C.No.815 of 2015 in the Court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Ibrahimpatnam and the C.C. is pending trial.

The statement is placed on record.
