It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10464/2010 dated 30.07.2014 has been complied with, and the said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for petitioner.

In the circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
