THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23375 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5, in not considering the representations of the petitioners dated 08.05.2017, 09.06.2017 and 03.07.2017, as illegal and arbitrary and to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to grant licence to the Bar & Restaurant of the sixth respondent in the premises H.No.13-6-460/17/3/4 at Maheshnagar, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad.
The material on record discloses that, for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein have submitted representations dated 08.05.2017, 09.06.2017 and 03.07.2017 to the respondents and, according to the learned counsel for the petitioners, no action has been taken by the respondents so far.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Excise, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to consider the representations dated 08.05.2017, 09.06.2017 and 03.07.2017, said to have been filed by the petitioners herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
