THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.1081 of 2020 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondent No.4 in registering the crime against respondents 5 to 10 basing on the petition of the petitioner dated 10.12.2019 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4 and Rao Vishwaja, learned counsel for respondents 8 and 10.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 28.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, a GD entry was made and enquiry was done and on enquiry it was disclosed that the matter is purely of civil nature, as such, served a notice on the petitioner on 16.01.2020 informing that the petition given by the petitioner is closed as civil in nature and advised the petitioner to approach the concerned authority.

Having regard to the fact that a notice has been issued to the petitioner, which has been duly received by the petitioner, as evident from the acknowledgment placed before this Court, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to avail remedies in accordance with law, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
