THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.1735 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner claims that he was earlier appointed as conductor on contract basis, later he was disengaged. It appears he was engaged during the strike period of the employees in the year 2015 and disengaged after the strike was completed. Alleging he was illegally disengaged petitioner claims to have preferred appeal on 29.04.2016 and representation to the Regional Manager on 20.10.2016.

Since the representation/appeal is filed and the same are pending, both counsels agree for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the Regional Manager, TSRTC, Secunderabad (2nd respondent) to pass orders on the representation dated 20.10.2016.

Having regard to the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 20.10.2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
