Sri K.Sai Rama Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that G.O.P.(SR).No.9652 of 2017 was presented before the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, with certain incorrect factual averments and seeks leave to withdraw the civil revision petition reserving liberty to his client to file a proper Guardian O.P.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
