In this writ petition, the petitioner - School seeks a direction to respondents to reimburse the expenditure incurred towards tuition fee, maintenance and boarding of students belonging to scheduled tribe community for the academic year 2003-04.

Smt C.Sindu Kumari, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
