ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.4 in granting permission to the petitioner for construction of building in Plot No.102 in Survey Nos.44 and 45 situated Laskarguda Village, H/o Inamguda, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr. G.Shankaraiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.338 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
