THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4140 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-A1 to A11 in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Warangal Urban Women Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law. Permission is granted.
