HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.24980 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Assistant Professor in Pathalogy on 14-03-2005 in Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. Subsequently, the petitioner was promoted as Associate Professor on 28-08-2012 in Pathalogy and posted her at Government Medical College, Nizamabad and she is continuing as such for the last five years, though several vacancies arose to the post of Associate Professor, Pathalogy in Hyderabad City and she made several representations in respect of the same. Basing on the representations of the petitioner, the Government issued memo dated 22-05-2017 requesting the 2nd respondent to furnish the report and the 2nd respondent also issued proceedings dated 13-06-2017 stating that there is one clear vacancy is existing in the cadre of Associate Professor vide G.O.Rt.No.88, Finance Department, dated 19-05-2017. But no orders are passed by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I.

In view of the same, it is open for the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and take appropriate action as the 1st respondent also called for the report and the 2nd respondent has already submitted report.

Hence, there shall be direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 20-05-2017 made by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law before filing-up vacancy.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 03-08-2017 Issue CC in two days.
