HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO. 20458 OF 2001 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-management invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of Certiorari to call for the records in SA.No. 16 of 1998 dated 26/2/1999 on the file of the Appellate Authority and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-IV [H], Hyderabad-2, confirming the order of lower court in S.E.No. 6 of 1997, dated 20/4/1998 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and to quash the order dated 26/2/1999 and consequently to quash the order dated 20/4/1998 and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter is listed today, Sri Y. Durga Rao, advocate appearing for Sri G. Ravi Mohan submits that this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
