Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Medical & Health for respondent No.6. 2.
Petitioners allege that even though crime was registered for cognizable offence on 03.11.2018, no further action is taken and 7th respondent-Accused No.1 is not arrested. Petitioners allege that by giving false assurance of providing employment in the temple service, huge money is collected from them and neither the employment is provided nor the amount collected from them is returned causing grave hardship to them. 3.
Learned Government Pleader produced written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Basar Police Station, Adilabad District, dated 23.01.2019. The instructions would disclose that on 03.11.2018, Crime No.78 of 2018 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code. During the course of investigation Lws.1 to 6 were examined and their statements were recorded, collected further documents from the petitioners and on verification, they found the same as fake. Notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., was served on accused No.1 on 27.11.2018 and the accused No.2 is absconding since the commission of offence and efforts are being made to apprehend the absconding accused No.2. 4.
At this stage learned counsel for the petitioners submit that 7th respondent continued to attend the office of temple.

If what is stated by learned counsel for petitioners is true, notwithstanding the disposal of this writ petition, respondents are directed to verify and take appropriate action as warranted by law.
