Since there was no representation for the appellants on 4.8.2017, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today also in the forenoon session and even in the afternoon session at 2.30 p.m. when the matter is called, there is no representation for the sole appellant.

Therefore, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
