Heard counsel for petitioner. None appears for the Caveater, though notice is served.

Petitioners have filed this Revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Khammam in deciding I.A.No.1117 of 2018 in O.S.No.440 of 2018 on his file even though counter affidavit had been filed on 08.11.2018 by the petitioners/defendants in the said I.A., to vacate the injunction order dt.22.10.2018. 3.

In view of this grievance of the petitioners, the Court below is directed to decide the said I.A., after hearing both sides, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
