Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as, "the Corporation"), appears for respondents No.2 to 4.

Learned counsel Sri E.Akash Reddy, representing learned counsel Sri S.Sridhar, appears for respondent No.5.

This interlocutory application is filed by the appellant seeking modification of the judgment dated 27.01.2026 passed in W.A.No.68 of 2026.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, we do not find any ground made out to modify the last part at paragraph 7 of the judgment dated 27.01.2026 passed in W.A.No.68 of 2026.

The observation made in the last sentence of paragraph 7 of the judgment is innocuous and is not directed one way or the other as against the appellant or respondent No.5. It is for the Corporation to take a decision on removal of the unauthorised structure of respondent No.5, if her application for regularisation is rejected and whether it is dependent upon the outcome of any matter pending before the Apex Court.

The interlocutory application is therefore dismissed.
