This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the representation, dated 30.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of land in Survey No.1266, situated at Shamirpet Village and Mandal, Medchal District, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is owner and possessor of land in Survey No.1266, situated at Shamirpet Village and Mandal and he made an application on 30.04.2018 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of aforesaid land, but so far the respondents have not passed orders thereon.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make an application in Form-6A through online, in such event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

Since, the application in Form-6A is required to be filed through online, the petitioner is granted liberty to file such
application and in the event of filing of the same, the authorities concerned are directed to examine the same and dispose of in accordance with law.

With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
