Siva Sankara Rao) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also learned Government Pleader attached to the office of Advocate General representing on behalf of respondents.

The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows: "....... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing respondent police to produce the husband of the petitioner viz., Moramshetti Mohan Kumar S/o.Moramshetti Venkatesham, R/o.H.No.5-8-817/4, Ashok Nagar, Kama Reddy, Nizamabad District, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

In fact, from the material filed on behalf of the respondents, the petitioner is already arrested in Crime No.86 of 2017 of Neradigonda Police Station, Adilabad District, and he is in judicial custody. Having regard to the above, no orders are required in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
