THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.17113 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in discontinuing to pay the old age pension to the petitioner, though the same is being paid to the other similarly situated old aged persons, is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violative of doctrine of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the old age pension including arrears.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
