TH E H ON'BLE SRI J USTICE M.SEETH ARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5429 of 20 10 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed assailing the judgment dated 21.09.2010 in C.M.A.No.21 of 2009 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge at Khammam. By the said judgment, the learned I Additional District Judge had set aside the order dated 22.04.2008 in I.A.No.8 of 2008 in O.S.No.11 of 2008 passed by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge at Khammam. This Court granted interim order of status quo on the date of admission, 03.12.2010, initially for a period of four weeks and later it was extended. The note of the Registry shows that the suit itself was disposed of on 27.01.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
