Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 & 2 and learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 & 4 -Municipal Corporation. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 23-06-2017 to the 4th respondent, but no action has been taken on the said representation and a request is made by the learned counsel to direct the fourth respondent to take appropriate action on the same in accordance with law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the second respondent - municipal corporation that the representation said to have been filed by the petitioner will be verified and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, directing fourth respondent to verify and take appropriate action on the representation dated 23-06-2017 said to have been filed by the petitioner, after giving notice to all the stakeholders as per law. 5.
