High Court for State of TelanganaWP/1186/2019disposed of no costs

Sri Mohammed Lnayath Ullah v. The State Of Telangana

2019-06-13Sanjay Kumar1 pages

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.1186 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the revenue authorities were not undertaking a survey of his land despite his application dated 05.02.2018.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner did not submit an application on-line by way of a F-Line petition for the purpose of seeking a survey. That apart, the document of title whereunder the petitioner claims rights over the land in question was also not placed before this Court.

Without making an application in the prescribed format along with the requisite fee and necessary documents, it is not open to the petitioner to complain of inaction on the part of the revenue authorities. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a proper application on-line as per the prescribed procedure along with the requisite fee and necessary documents, if he wants any survey to be undertaken. The authorities concerned shall take appropriate action thereupon expeditiously in the event a proper application is made.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR Date: 13th June, 2019.
