HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.38857 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.1 in not considering the petitioners representations dated 09.07.2013, 11.03.2015, 16.06.2015, 02.10.2015 and issued draft layout without disclosing the same is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Article, 14 and 15 of Constitution of India, and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cancel the draft lay out issued basing on the application dated 08.10.2012 on behalf the respondents 2 to 4"

The respondents have filed counter affidavit specifically asserting that the representation of the petitioner came to be considered and orders also have been made on 23.12.2014. In the light of the same, no further relief is required to be granted in this writ petition, as the relief stands granted.
