Garlapati Guruvaiah, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.61 OF 2012 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.332 of 2011 pending on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chintalapudi, West Godavari District. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner raised several points, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings at this stage. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court.
In the circumstances, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for his appearance. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.
With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 21.07.2016 Tsr
