HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21968 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application in Form 6 A to the 2nd respondent for mutation of his name and for grant of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in respect of the subject land as contemplated under Rule 18 of the Rules and Section 4(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. As no orders are passed on the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application submitted by the petitioner under Form 6A for mutation of his name and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land is pending before the 2nd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the affected parties and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
